The Lufoy Mentorship Platform is operated by Lufoy Mentorship LLC (“Lufoy Mentorship” / “We” / “Us”). We are registered in the United States and operate under the laws of the United States of America.

These terms set out the rules for using our website and platform: Lufoy Mentorship Platform (the “Platform”). Please carefully read these terms and conditions before using the Platform.

DEFINITIONS

• “Authorised Coach” means a sports coach affiliated with or representing a College, authorized by Lufoy Mentorship to make scholarship offers on behalf of that College, and “Authorised Coaches” shall be construed accordingly.

• “College” means a college or university based in the United States of America or Canada, competing under the governance of the NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA as a sporting governing body, and “Colleges” shall be construed accordingly.

• “Individual” means a person actively seeking collegiate athletic recruiting and related solutions from Lufoy Mentorship (or his/her parents and legal guardians where appropriate), and “Individuals” shall be construed accordingly.

• “NAIA” means National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.

• “NCAA” means the National Collegiate Athletic Association.

• “NJCAA” means the National Junior College Athletic Association.

• “Processing” means accessing, collecting, obtaining, recording, holding, disclosing, using, altering, deleting, erasing, or destroying Personal Data.

PLATFORM

Subject to these terms and conditions, we authorize Individuals and Authorised Coaches (collectively “Users”) to access and use the Platform for the provision and receipt of athletic recruiting and related solutions and services provided by Lufoy Mentorship.

Before accessing the Platform, each Individual (or his/her parent or legal guardian if under 18 years of age) is required to agree to a Consent and Release form here.

No User shall be less than 13 years of age.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using our Platform, you confirm your acceptance of these terms of use and agree to comply with them.

If you are accepting on behalf of another Individual, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind the Individual to these terms of use.

If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our Platform.

We may amend these terms from time to time. Every time you use our Platform, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

CHANGES TO OUR PLATFORM

We aim to update our Platform regularly and reserve the right to update or remove content to reflect changes or for operational reasons. The content is subject to change without notice.

SUSPENSION / WITHDRAWAL OF OUR PLATFORM

Our Platform is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw all or any part of our Platform for business or operational reasons and will try to give reasonable notice.

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization. We will inform you in writing if this happens.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with these terms.

We own or license all intellectual property rights in our Platform. Works are protected by copyright laws and treaties worldwide. Where you upload content, you grant us a license to use and copy such content for Platform delivery and additional services.
